Wellfleet Shellfish Promotion and Tasting Awards Scholarship

The Wellfleet Shellfish Promotion and Tasting (SPAT) has announced its 2008 Student Scholarship Winner! It is Nauset Regional High School senior Henry Valdez, who has been accepted to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he plans to study culinary arts in the fall. He will receive $2,500 each year for four years. Congratulations Henry!

SPAT is a non-profit organization that supports local businesses and
non-profit organization that supports local businesses and helps area residents. This annual scholarship is awarded to a Nauset Regional High School student interested in pursuing higher education.
